- Provide advanced support for SITA Airports infrastructure and SITA internal infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Windows Server issues, including Active Directory (AD), DFS, DNS, and DHCP services.

- Provide expert-level support for virtualization and cloud platforms including VMware, vSAN, Azure, and AWS.
- Lead technical response during P1/P2 incidents, driving resolution and delivering post-incident RCAs.
- Coordinate hardware replacements and work with on-site teams and vendors to resolve infrastructure issues.
- Work extensively with VMware (multiple versions), vSAN, and StorageMagic storage solutions.
- Improve operational efficiency by enhancing CI/CD pipelines and developing automation scripts for daily operations.
